3 Account Registration

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph902, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

ph902's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph902 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph902 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Amendments to These Terms

ph902 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph902 will provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or to address an urgent security or legal matter.

14 Account Termination & Closure

Termination by You: You may request closure of your ph902 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any pending bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Termination by ph902: ph902 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account with or without prior notice where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) ph902 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) ph902 determines that your continued use of the Platform poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or security risk; or (d) ph902 ceases to operate the Platform. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph902 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of one party notifying the other of the dispute in writing. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within that period, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines, to which both parties irrevocably submit.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph902 from seeking emergency injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
